In order for a tire to deliver its full potential, it must be properly mounted on its wheel, properly inflated, and placed on the vehicle.
The equipment available for mounting the tires must correspond to the need for each type of tire; That is, solid tires with a press system, car or truck tires with their specific mounter, mining tires with their portapower and 7-ton and 10-ton forklifts.
To properly inflate a tire it must have an air net or nitrogen bottles. SICAN has compressors of up to 35 Hp of inflation power and has inflation regulations by type of vehicle, always with the possibility of adapting to choose the pressure at the specific level for a use.
SICAN staff are trained to mount the tires on the wheels using mounting lubricant and new supplies such as O'ring, at each tire change.
Putting the wheel on the equipment has its science: the tightening must be done in a cross, for example. Also the tightening torque is important.
